$$MILLION DOLLAR REDUCTION$$. Build the home of your dreams on this expansive, recently widened Gulf-front lot of 1.3 acres. Your own private white sandy beach on Siesta Key. Situated just forty-five minutes south of Tampa, come see why Sarasota has won so many lifestyle awards as of late. Siesta Key offers the nation’s best beach, “big-city” arts and entertainment, yet is a little more reserved and paced then our neighbors on the east coast of the state and Naples. East to west orientation reveals the most magical sunsets. The long plot affords privacy and separation from the street, while providing a grand entrance to your future residence. The prior home has been leveled, with a vacant lot approved and permitted to build a custom 9,754 square foot estate with tennis court, guest house, and oversized driveway (listed for $32.5M in MLS as A4554778). OR, start from scratch and build your own vision. All due diligence completed. New survey, tree locations, CCL location, soil tests, etc. Public utilities in place. This lot is extremely rare and ready to build. You won’t find another like it.
